Michigan Morgan Horse Breeders Futurity Activities

The Michigan Morgan Horse Breeders Futurity (MMHBF) will host its annual stallion service auction on Saturday, March 1, with a full day of activities on Friday, February 28. The events will be held in the Middlebury, Indiana area with the Hampton Inn serving as the host hotel. Friday’s activities will begin at 8-11:30am with a tour of local tack shops including LS Equine Supplies and M.D.Y. Horseshoeing & Harness Shop. Stardust Morgan Farm will showcase a number of stallions and prospects as well as hold an in hand clinic with USEF judges and trainers, John Hufferd and John Warner from noon-4pm. Friday’s activities will finish at Romp-N-Play Stables with a showcase of stallions (weather permitting), followed by a light dinner from 6-7pm.
The MMHBF Stallion Service Auction will be held at the American Legion Post 210 in Middlebury, IN from 11:30am – 4:00pm. There will be a complimentary dinner and silent auction as well as a live auction of the Top 10 high selling stallions beginning at 3:30pm.
